  I have a really bad customer service last night. Her name is Joanni ( the manager) but I think she should be a trainer cashier because I bought the face shampoo with cash but when my husband went there to return, she said couldn't return but she returned and give my husband gift card. When I call talk to her, she said there is no way she can give cash because she was already issued the gift cards. That's mean she can do it but she didn't. I bought them on Thursday or Friday and returned with receipt on Sunday. I also asked the cashier if not the right one "can I still return" she said as long as I have the receipt! I also told Joanni give back the receipt to my husband, she said she did but she did not. She was also hung up on me. How lier is that? How bad customer service like her?????
